The horse barn is +/-7,344 sq. ft. and was built in 2003. The barn has eight (8) stalls, wash rack, and tack room.

Water: Property is located in and receives deliveries from Fresno Irrigation District. The pastures are flood irrigated from concrete pipelines with riser valves. The property has three (3) wells with pumps. The wells produce approximately 60 GPM each.
