REDUCED !! Great little dollhouse for your weekend place. Sellers started building several years ago,time has gotten away and they said sell it.House is less than 500 sq ft with a neat little loft. Great room with space for a sleeper sofa or a few beds. Well/septic in place but have not been used. Just needs interior work to finish,sheetrock,plumbing,etc.
