Park City is a friendly small town just six miles west of Laurel, 19 miles east of Columbus and 18 miles west of Billings. So if you have a job in any of these places, you are in a good shape! This is a beautiful 14,000 sqft lot with trees all around, including one gnarly apple tree which still bears fruit. The north borders some open space. There is a fence along the north, to the east the last owner planted some bull pines along the property line and the west features a seasonal stream. The plat map shows an alley to the south, but it appears that the alley is not used as such.

The sheds - one is metal, one is wood, are of 2004 vintage and are 160 and 96 sqft small. There is even natural gas on the property and a well with good water. Sewer is provided by the city. The pressure tank and water filter are sitting below ground next to the well. There are also some underground sprinkler heads to be found and the control for the sprinkler is still there. Maybe with a little talent the system can be made functional again.
Manufactured homes are welcome. There is a train going through town several times a day.
