Great weekend getaway! Canal is blocked but community dock & concrete boat ramp are just down the street. The single wide mobile home is in need of fixing up but it does have central heat & air. With a little bit of elbow grease, some TLC and creative decorating, you can have a very comfortable and affordable canal front home and take full advantage of the boat ramp providing access to Dunn's Creek, the St. Johns River and Lake Crescent for some outstanding fishing.
