Located just a short 12 mile scenic drive from Cedar City up the Right Hand Canyon Road that takes you across the mountain range overlooking Cedar City. The drive to this area is very relaxing as you travel from the base of the Rocky Mountain through the tree lined forest that turns from pine trees to tall aspen trees. This road takes you through the forest, to Kolob Reservoir, and to the back side of Zion National Park. Be sure to take a few minutes and pull over to enjoy the views overlooking Cedar City and the valley below. Once at the top of the mountain the road is bordered on both sides by stacked zigzag log fencing. Two miles from the paved road the subdivision begins. This is a small subdivision surrounded by larger private land.

The Right Hand Canyon Road is located just 5 miles east of Cedar City Utah and is a scenic drive through the forest to the back side of Zion National Park. Some interesting places to visit which are just a few miles away are: Duck Creek Village, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Ski Resort, Bryce Canyon National Park, Escalante Grand Staircase National Park, and Cedar City Utah all of which are in Southern Utah. You will see a variety of wildlife that abounds this area: Elk, deer, wild horses, wild turkeys, rabbits, and the occasional bald eagle.
