On the other side you have the hills of Kenutcky. Stillwater is a gated community about 20 minutes from Lake Cumberland Marina. Minimum square feet requirement is 800 sq ft. No mobile homes. Camping is allowed in professional camping equipment for no more than 7 days out of a 30 day period . Underground utilities and you will install a septic when you build. ATTENTION BUILDERS- there are great opportunities to spec out some lake homes. Call me and we can talk more about all this.
