The lot appears entirely flat and reachable by car. The lights of Moriarty are just visible in the distance (NW Direction) you are about 20 minutes from Moriarty. It's not far the roads just don't permit highway speeds until you get to pavement. Moriarty gets you all the normal amenities needed. A small grocery store, lots of food places and shops, etc. Another 10 miles down the road gets you to Edgewood and 30 miles down the road gets you to Albuquerque.
