Here is what our Photographer had to say about the property:
The land was pretty much flat, and covered with grass and soft dirt. I was able to walk to all four corners without any issue. Cell phone signal was impressive, with consistent 4-5 bars (Verizon).
Overall impression of the property:
The property has power lines fairly close by, but otherwise has no other resources or utilities. The nearby neighbors are primarily trailers or small fabricated buildings (e.g. sheds, etc) that have been adapted for use as a primary dwelling. There are no signs of trash service, propane, or other amenities. The ground seemed to have many hoof prints and coyote tracks, so it is likely that cattle have grazed in this area.
