The East pasture has the most cover of live oak, mesquite and some shin oak. Nice LARGE Live Oak Trees are seen driving from the ranch entrance up to the Headquarters.

The rest of the fence is older net fence. Fair Condition.

Water: 7 water wells; One submersible( at headquarters) 5 w/ windmills.
