Constructed in 1869 as a Catholic School and a home for the sisters in charge. Originally a two and half story stone with two large rooms on the ground floor ,which were used for the school and the upper story for living quarters. Extensive renovations in 1970s by Father Fladds influence and family off architects , the home soon came to be known as The Fladd House and is today. Preservation and historical integrity through out include; hand hewn log addition, Travertine marble window and door frames, highlighted with cathedral chandeliers.
