The Montgomery Ranch lies 6 1/2 miles north of Memphis on FM 1547. A great hunting ranch with both whitetail and mule deer. Good draws with wide bottoms not too rough, and when you cross over to another draw there is a different appearance. There is one pond, 3 wells and community water to the house. The home is a 2432 sq ft, 4 bedroom, 2 bath double wide and is really nice and ready for a family getaway or hunters that want more than just a cabin. The ranch has a rough appearance but when you look close it is easy to get around on without much effort. Lubbock is 145 miles and Amarillo 85 miles which is just right for a weekend getaway.
