Warren and Issaquena Land Co. LLC owns 1,250 acres and leases 266 from MS River Levee Board.

ATCO has 10 years of timber rights left on the property, but has to maintain 2,000BF/Acre at all times and will not harvest any fruit or acorn trees.

Camp house is 2000SF heated with 1500SF downstairs and 500SF upstairs. The cabin has 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms and upstairs loft is one large room with a bathroom. It has a full kitchen, living area, and dining area. It also has 800SF of porches and heated mud room located off the entrance coming into the kitchen. There is also a ground floor storage room that can be used to house ATVs and Golf carts.
