This great reputation ranch is located approximately 6 miles north of Pontotoc, Texas and approximately 16 miles west of Cherokee, Texas. Access is by easement road off of Ranch Road 501 between Cherokee and Pontotoc.

The ranch has been high fenced for may years and has been well managed to produce excellent white tail deer. Turkey hunting is excellent, along with dove hunting which can be good depending upon the year. Feral and Russian hogs are in good supply as well.

The terrain on the ranch varies from hills and valleys that are rough and covered with live oak, some mesquite and native brush. The cedar has been cut over the entire ranch. A large wet weather creek traverses through the property and it provides for some really scenic country, and a large population of native trees.
