SOLD!!! Tract 2 640 Acres located 3.8 miles north of Dimmitt on US 385 and 2 miles east on County Road 610. This property is approximately .75 of a mile east-west and 1.3 miles north-south. One center pivot irrigates 125 +/- acres located in the north of the property. According to the owner, the pivot is a 1983 or 1984 eight tower Valley nozzled at 300 GPM with 11.2 x 24 tires. The pivot is supplied by 5 irrigation wells which are equipped with electric submersible motors and pumps.
The south of the 640 acres has 318.1 acres under contract in the Conservation Reserve Program through 2016 at a payment rate of $41.79 per acre for a total payment of $13,293.00 annually. There is good grass cover and there is good, five-strand, steel post and cedar fencing around the perimeter of the entire property and a cross fence dividing the two halves.
