There is also a set of soft release pens. The ranch has a tap on the O.H. Ivie water pipeline to provide raw water for irrigation, livestock, and wildlife if needed. Wildlife: Whitetail deer, elk, axis, black buck, fallow, black Hawaiian rams, Corsican sheep, turkey, quail and dove. This ranch has been stocked with bucks and does from a scientific breeding facility and has some very high quality blood lines. It is typical to see 3 year old bucks in the 160" to 175" B&C range.
Minerals: There is no current oil production on the ranch and the owner will convey 1/2 of all owned minerals.
