General Info: This property is truly a beautiful piece of ground that is sometimes very hard to find. The access road into the property is rocked and most of the roads in the property also have rock on them from a pit on the property. The good road will give a buyer year around access. A few logs were taken off last year (03) but was also logged 7 or 8 years ago. The property is still well timbered with pine and fir and there are many small trees coming back for future generations. Power is close to the NW part of the property. This parcel is a North-facing slope so the grass will stay green longer and not dry out so fast. There are great views of the North Fork of the John Day River and Pottomus Point across the gorge.
Improvements: There is a new, well-built cabin/storage area on the property.
Hunting Unit: Heppner and Ritter, 3 bulls, 3 bucks LOP
Price: $585,000 Cash
