Rural water, electricity and telephone service are supplied to the house as well. It's your home away from home!
The rural water can also be used in the underground pipeline system that feeds the troughs and watering stations as an alternative to the well water as the water source used for the wildlife.
A covered equipment shed, storage building and 2 sets of livestock pens are included, as well as full perimeter fencing and additional cross-fencing.
Access:
Mountain View Ranch is located on a public county road, with frontage on the west side of the ranch, providing excellent access!
Interior roads cross through the large draws and provide access to all parts of the ranch, so you can reach any point with ease!
