(Famous Dumbbell lake and Divide lake are right around the corner and Vollmer Dr does share a deeded access lot to Dumbbell lake as well.) With 3 bedrooms this cabin sleeps the whole family comfortably. There is a lake water system in place for running water and a propane refrigerator. The siding, roof (2018), and windows are all in great shape making this a worry free cabin for a while! The current owners do use the cabin in the winter as it is well insulated top to bottom and there is a wood stove forced air heating system as well as a propane supplemental heater. There is a building that houses the generator and a bank of batteries that are charged by both solar panels and the generator - currently the batteries can power the lights in the cabin easily overnight without use of the generator.
