This 100-acre field ideal for rice/soybean production is in a perfect location for duck hunting enthusiasts. This field, while not precision- leveled, has been shaped for irrigation and is surrounded by a permanent pad to facilitate water management for irrigation of soybeans and the retention of water for rice production or waterfowl during the winter months. One well, with electricity available, is in place to provide irrigation capability for crops or if necessary, water for hunting. The farm consists of primarily Alligator and Dowling clay.
The farm is located approximately 9 miles north of Marks, MS, just east of Falcon along State Highway 3.
