Normally the properties we sell are subject to our 6 basic deed assurances BUT since this area of Camden County does have zoning (because it is so close to the lake) we have not placed any of our restrictions on this property. This tract is zoned "A1" (agricultural) which we are told is one of the least restrictive zonings.

From Camdenton, Missouri go north on Highway 5 for about eight miles. You will cross a large bridge that goes over part of the Lake Of The Ozarks. After the bridge go about another mile and then go left (west) on Highway 7. Stay on Highway 7 for about ten miles and then go right (north) onto Highway Z. There is a "Dollar General" store on the south side of the road, which is a good landmark for where you turn north (right). Stay on Highway Z for about 2 miles then take a right onto Coffman Bend Drive. Stay on Coffman Bend Drive for 1/4 of a mile then go right onto Dodds Camp Road (gravel road). Now go about a mile and when the road makes a sharp turn to the left you will actually continue going straight on the gravel lane. Follow this lane for about 200 yards and you will be on the property. Sound confusing? It probably will be on your first trip. When you visit the property PLEASE print out the maps and directions we have provided as it can be tricky the first time you drive to the property. If you would like us to email you all of the maps and pictures just let us know. Feel free to go check out the property and walk all around.
