This 104+/- acre hunting and recreational tract is located in southeast Hardin County off of Highway 69. The contains long, braod ridgetops with rolling and sloping hills.

A silvicultural clearcut was recently conducted on approximately 85 acres, leaving a blank canvas for the buyer's desired management. This acreage could be planted in pine, allowed to naturally regenerate, or a combination of both. Much of the ridges could also be used as food plots.
