This is a great little tract of land located just about a mile from Maramec Springs Trout Park and very close probabaly less than a mile from the 5600 acre Woodson Woods Conservation Area. The tract has been very lightly timbered and there are some great building sites on the land with many trails throughout the land. There are some great building sites and the hunting is great. This piece really offers a great deal of outdoor activity at a very reasonable price. There is a good rock county maintaned road leading to the land.
