Nice camp perfectly located in an area famous for great Whitetail and Grouse hunting. Surrounded by vast areas of State Land your
territory is almost endless. The property was once a family homestead and has beautiful open fields which would make for awesome
food plots. There is a long history of successful hunts. The rest of the land is nicely wooded with plenty of cover for deer blinds and wild
game alike. An old fashioned apple orchard with healthy big trees helps draw in the animals and are delicious for eating. The camp is
easy to maintain and features a nice big open kitchen and living room perfect for gathering, telling stories and playing cards or can
provide extra sleeping space. Most everything you need to go comes with it. The refrigerator runs on both propane and electric. A good
generator system works like a charm. All you do is push a button inside the camp and it fires up ...
generator system works like a charm. All you do is push a button inside the camp and it fires up on its own. An awesome outdoor sauna
is wood fired and is a must for a true Yooper camp. An indoor bathroom was started, but not completed. A nice screen porch is a nice
spot to relax and catch the breeze. The pole barn/garage is huge and has lots of room for tractors, toys and cars. The camp is between
Little Lake and McFarland which is convenient from Marquette, Rock, Escanaba and Gwinn. This would be an excellent place to start
your family traditions and generations of memories.
