Excellent ROI with serious trophy whitetail potential! These types of properties are often overlooked as high-level hunting tracts but based on my personal experience, mostly ag parcels near or adjacent to large blocks of more traditional habitat can create phenomenal hunting situations. Add the recreational value to the outstanding cash flow this land produces and you have a great investment opportunity.
