The Fraley ranch consists of 12,272 deeded acres and has an owner rated capacity of 250 cow/calf pairs, with a balance of bulls and saddle horses. Currently the Fraley Ranch is used as a seasonal yearling operation running 400 to 600 yearlings from spring to fall. With many new fences dividing the acreage into 13 fenced pastures, the ranch allows for a nice rotational grazing program. In addition, the property is well watered, with over 20 reservoir/stock ponds and 19 tire tanks. A newly added solar well on the south end of the property aids the more then adequate well drilled on the north end of the ranch. There is an excellent set of steel corrals with a new digital scale that is a mere stone throw from a maintained blacktop highway. The Fraley Ranch is a very low overhead grazing property that has been managed and improved to allow anyone to step into an “easy to run” livestock operation.
