Renno Tract sits just east of I-26 near Clinton in the old Renno community. This timberland is dominated by productive stands of well managed loblolly pine and located in one the Upstate’s best timber markets within easy haul distance of mills in Newberry and Chester. About 90 acres of pines were planted in 1996, fertilized in 2000, and thinned a second time in 2019. A smaller stand, about 21 acres was planted in 2001, thinned in 2017, and fertilized in 2019.

The land would lend itself to a variety of uses with broad, gentle topography. Most of the tract is classified as above average for USDA farmland potential. Soils are mostly sandy loam or sandy clay loam. There are no significant streams on the tract.

From the overpass bridge at intersection of Interstate 26 and Hwy 72 (exit 54 with QT, Arby’s and Zaxby’s) go east toward Whitmire on Hwy 72. After about 4 miles turn right (south) onto Renno Road. Continue south about 0.3 miles and turn left on Fuller Road. The tract begins on the south side of Fuller Road where it intersects with Renno Road.
