The layout and balanced diversity of this Farm make it a very special property. There is a three-acre pond between the two large fields with a large pole barn (60 x 48) next to the pond. Dry Creek (still not sure how it got that name) is a flowing creek full of cool water that is probably large enough to hold some native fish.
