The property is fairly open will rolling topography. The is some scattered trees and brush along the north end of the property.

Water is provided by a rural water tap. The water line runs along the east boundary of the property. There is also a dirt tank on the property that holds water during the wetter times of year.

The property is basically unimproved. There are a couple of storage buildings on the property.

Recreation:

There is good dove hunting on the property, during the fall. There is also whitetail deer on the property.
