Manageable pine stands in southern part of tract on sandy loam soils. Most merchantable hardwood was harvested within the past five years. Northern part of tract contains scattered hardwood and cedar. Yellow Creek passes through tract and soils are predominantly silty clay loams. Terrain is rolling, except in Yellow Creek bottom.
