Superb hunting tract. Rare to find a tract this size with the quality and amount of game of this one. The deer, hog and turkey numbers are impressive. There is over 1200' of frontage on the Atascosa River only 500' or so feet from its confluence with the Frio River. It is just downstream from Choke Canyon Dam.

Very close to town and yet very secluded at the same time. The tract is solid heavy brush and big trees. It is cut by 3 creeks and has 2 tanks. There are senderos and roads in place. Good neighbors
