Located 30 miles east of Interstate 540 in Raleigh, this timberland and investment property has road frontage, several streams and a two year old, managed loblolly pine plantation. The property is located east of Bunn and Lake Royal in southeastern Franklin County. The land has 706 feet of frontage along Seven paths Road and a good dirt access road that goes through the tract to the western boundary line. The property was reforested with loblolly pine in 2009. Several streams flow through the property and the topography looks favorable for one or more ponds.
Forestry Management
The property contains 123 acres of planted loblolly pine and the remainder is mature hardwoods left along the streams.
