Located 8 miles NW of Beeville, this is a beautiful ranch with high hills, many monster live oaks, native South Texas brush (granjeno, guajillo, black brush, persimmon, lime prickly ash), bull mesquites, and hackberry trees.

There is one small tank on the ranch, great for shooting dove over.

The ranch has a good road system and 5 strand barbed wire perimeter fences that are in good to excellent condition. Most of the ranch has been sculpted with a roller chopper to create lanes in the brush for quail hunting with bird dogs. The hunting is fabulous, with many deer, turkey, hogs, quail, and doves. These lanes are full of native grasses, great for grazing cattle.
