Places of this size are extremely rare on Spring Creek. This is truly an outdoorsman's dream. Deer blinds and feeders make hunting a breeze. Hunting cabin makes a very comfortable weekend retreat. Water well has ample capacity to service cabins and 50 tree pecan orchard which provides a very nice ag tax exemption. The sky literally fills up every evening with dove and turkey are everywhere, roosting in the giant pecan trees along the creek. This was also a former Indian camping site so arrowheads and other artifacts are plentiful.
