COMMENTS: York Creek ranch is a beautiful ranch that features both sides of York and Cottonwood Creek. These creeks create a very unique feature where both bodies of water bisect. York creek is dammed up to create a spill way and a beautiful deep wide pool of water that makes for a great place to swim, fish or just enjoy the water. This property consist of mostly pasture land in exception to the oaks and giant cotton wood trees that surround the creek areas.
