There are many duck holes along the Hatchie River, but very few are accessible enough to hunt and manage as the two on this fantastic hunting property! There are several potential locations to build blinds for any weather conditions or you can just pick one of the beautiful cypress growing around the edge and tuck away with your call until the ducks start cupping. You better believe the fertile soils of the Hatchie River Bottom can produce giant bucks and fat gobblers too! Power is located near the road on the property and there are multiple sites that would work well for a cabin location. The bottomland wooded areas are planted hardwood timber (mostly oak) ranging from 7 yrs. old to 27 yrs. old with some 7 yr. old pine hardwood mix growing on the upland areas.
