Improvements: There is electrical service in place to a small block building that can be used as a hunter’s cabin. Telephone service is available but not in place. The cabin does not have sewer service. There is a booster pump with a pressure tank supplying water to the cabin as well as an irrigation system for a food plot located near the cabin. The ranch is perimeter fenced and cross-fenced. One side of the perimeter fence is game proof and the other three are standard 4-foot cattle fences. The irrigation system is located in a fenced in area around the hunter’s cabin, used for a food plot.
Wildlife: This ranch has an abundance of native Whitetail, Axis deer, Fallow, Turkey, and Hogs. The game has been aloud to roam freely throughout the ranch with little hunting pressure. Food plots and year round feeding have made herds of Axis and Whitetail and Fallow deer commonplace on this one of a kind-hunting ranch.
