This ranch is located on the Milk River with ample hay base. The base consists of 10,500 contiguous deeded acres and about 2,360 of BLM and State leased lands. There are approx. 900 acres of irrigation from the Milk River Irrigation District. This system is all raised ditches and border dikes. The summer pasture contiguous with the hay base is watered by a combination of pipeline, stock ponds and stock reservoirs. It has 4 large pastures and 3 smaller pastures near the shed and well. This is also a ranch rich in wildlife common to the area including trophy whitetail deer, antelope, ringneck pheasants and other upland game birds.
