Terrain: The two tracts contrast each other well with their own unique terrain. The northern tract is in some gently rolling hills with a nice thick draw running through the property, but does seem to have more roads & oilfield traffic. The Southern Tract is located on the Northern Side of King Mountain. A Spring coming off of King Mountain feeds a dirt tank on the property that is around an acre when full, on wet years. This tract has beautiful views of the rocky rims all around the property and borders the Quail ranch which is now owned by ConocoPhillips. Artifacts have been found in the area from Multiple Indian Tribes Comanche & Comancheros from New Mexico, Legends of Conquistador Gold left by Spanish Explores, the Catholic Cross Cache of 1780, a horseshoe keg full of gold lost by a returning California Forty-niner, a Butterfield stage treasure hidden in 1860, gold cached by Old Bill Castle and Little Bill Castle in the 1860s. The only improvements to speak of is good/average fencing on two of four sides on both tracts.
