Topography on the tract is flat. The tract offers great potential for several types of hunting and recreation opportunities with the presence of Little Bodcau Creek. The northeastern portion of the tract has road frontage on Nevada County Road 5 on two sides.

Research Parcel InformationFrom the intersection of US HWY 278 and AR State HWY 32 in Hope, travel southeast on HWY 32 approximately 7.1 miles to Hempstead County Road 126. Turn south (right) onto Hempstead 126 and travel 0.6 miles to Hempstead County Road 106. Veer right onto Hempstead 106 and travel approximately 0.4 miles, road turns to Nevada County Road 5. Continue on Nevada 5 approximately 1.3 miles to find KFS Sign and Flagging at unlocked gate on woods road. Follow KFS Flagline along woods road approximately 1.4 miles to find KFS Sign and Flagging on the north boundary line of the southwestern portion of the tract. To access the northeastern portion of the tract, follow same directions except proceed 0.4 miles past the gate and woods road to find KFS Signs and Flagging along Nevada 5.
