160 Acres of Hunting Paradise

160 acres of classic hardwood bottomland just south of the Homochitto river along with VERY well maintained campsite with double wide mobile home and tractor shed plenty big enough for all your equipment. The camp is directly off a Smith rd which is still blacktop and has all power / water and everything else you'd need for all your family to enjoy. When you leave Hwy 61 you'll travel approx 7 miles to your very own hunting paradise. The road is blacktop for a ways until you reach Tansy Island Rd which is a well-maintained dirt/gravel levee all the way to your property. Current owners have multiple deer stands, and food plots and built a 5 man duck blind that is very large and comfortable. When the river starts to come up you can expect to not only chase the large deer that this area is known for, but also some of the best duck hunting around. Deer, ducks, and lots of fun!
