Hilly native ranch land with good tree cover consisting of Live Oak, Post Oak, Blackjack Oak, Elm, Mesquite, Juniper. There are three deep and very scenic washes / draws that cross the ranch with many types of rocks and rock formations, including marble, limestone, quartzite, pumice rock, just to name a few. There is an old Marble quarry on the ranch. The quarry site only covers about an acre and there are several very large slabs of cut marble still there. The actual quarry has solid marble walls and is about 10-12 ft. deep. It could be utilized in underground construction projects. Just use your imagination. The ranch is perimeter fenced with a high game fence on the east side and low fenced on the other 3 sides. Hwy 16 borders the ranch on the west side.

The hunting is very good with plenty of Whitetail deer, turkey, dove, feral hogs and fur-bearing animals.
Water: There is one good water well on the property. It is reported to be 800+ feet deep. The gpm production is unknown, but is strong. The well has a 1 1/2 hp Submersible pump set at 220 ft. The static level of water is 100 feet below the surface. This area is known to have very good underground water and additional wells could be drilled.

This ranch is located in a very scenic area of San Saba County, just about 7 miles north of Cherokee and about 23 miles north of Llano. Hwy 16 is a one of the most scenic highways in the state as part of the "Bluebonnet Trail" and frontage provides excellent access to this ranch.
