The terrain of this ranch varies from nearly level to rough and broken. This property has a mixture of mesquite and cedar country, with some sandier shinnery country on the north side. Approximately 91 acres are in native pasture. The remaining 72.6 acres are enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program. The land enrolled in the CRP is receiving an annual payment of $2,734, with the last payment being in 2011.
