This is a densely wooded property that is primarily bottom land. It has a large creek that winds through the property. This would make a great hunting and recreational tract perfect for weekend camp outs and limited hunting. I picked up a antler shed from what appears to be a 12 pointer (see photo gallery below). Grayson County enjoys a bow only deer season and one of the largest non-typical bucks in Texas history was taken off Hagerman Wildlife Refuge in Grayson County near Lake Texoma and sightings of big bucks are becoming more and more common in southeastern Grayson County. There are almost certainly wild hogs, bobcats and other critters wandering through the creek bottom as well. The current owner lived on the property in a manufactured home some years ago. A FEMA flood map is also included in the photo gallery below with an estimated outline of the FEMA designated flood area.
