No dollar value is being placed on the rock house. It appears to have been built in the 20's or 30's. The 'new' part of the front walk is dated 1933. The house is approximately 1200 sq. ft. plus an upstairs that is floored but not finished out. There is power to the house and the electricity remains on. The house is a rectangle with a center wall and staircase. The flooring was removed from the south side and the outside rock walls and floor supports and joists are visible. This could be a really cool home for someone with a passion for rock houses. The rock work is very detailed, with hand-struck chisel marks still evident, and was obviously built by a craftsman who knew his trade.

A new well was drilled in 2005 and is 600 feet deep. The windmill is ornamental and no longer connected.
