Freebird Farm is a 4 house broiler farm located on 17+/- acres outside Rogersville Tennessee in Hawkins County. All four 40x500 houses were built in 2000 and updated in 2018. Freebird Farm has natural gas and city water service along with Rotem controllers, solid walls inside and out, an EcoDrum composter and comes with a Kubota M7060 tractor with front end loader, a Lewis Brothers decaker, and litter pulverizer. Freebird has a small 1 bedroom cabin located between the poultry houses that is livable for a farm operator. Average historical annual gross income on the farm is about $200,000. The farm is contracted with the Koch's Morristown complex growing a 42 day 5.5 target weight bird at about 5.5 flocks per year. The farm also has a litter shed and a potential homesite on Meadowview Road.
