This is one of the nicest settings around. The house sets upon the side of a hill with a beautiful view of the Platte Valley. The hills to the south are very scenic and provide lots of habitat for deer and turkey and just 2 miles from Jeffrey Reservoir which affords boating, skiing and excellent fishing.
