Hunters and nature lovers need to look at this farm. Its simply one of the nicest recreational tracts we’ve had in a long time. Its got good pasture, lots of timber and decent income from pasture rent and a Conservation Reserve Program Contract. You can get away from it all on this farm, but access is quite good, too. There are a couple of older sheds and an old storm cave (all that’s left of an old home site). Fences on the farm are good and there are several ponds.
