This 180 acres is located in the extreme northern part of Randolph County, Arkansas. It has approximately 40 acres of rich creek bottom land for pasture and hay. Janes Creek runs through the property and maintains water for all but the hottest days of summer. There are other wet weather creeks on the property. The remaining 130 acres is mostly wooded with some areas of marketable timber of Oak and Pine trees. There are roads & ATV trails throughout the property for easy access.
