The buck picture was killed this year, 2014. The ranch has highway frontage and over a mile deep between big ranches. All the new fence is 50 year brand fence, 16 foot gates through out and cattle pens, The 8 acres of Tifton85 yielded 35 round bales in one year. There are two stock tanks. The entire ranch was sprayed for cactus in 2008 and had almost a 100% kill. The ranch has an ideal cover of live oaks, cedar and mesquite. Some of the mesquite has been cleared where it needed to be. The creek meanders the entire length of the place and has towering trees for this area troughout its length. The wet weather spring runs its entire length during ordinary times. There has only been two hunters on the ranch since 2005. Hunting consists of white tail deer, feral hogs, and turkey. 100 % of the minerals are still owned and are negotiable.
