Turkey Falls Tract is a beautiful recreation tract and timber investment about 30 miles from downtown Greenville via Hwy 25. The name comes from the many wild turkeys that have been seen here and the little waterfalls along the creeks.

Small creeks flow through the tract and a larger creek along the east boundary. Natural bluffs overlook the creeks with huge white oaks, beech, and other hardwoods shading glades of native grass, ferns, paw paw and wildflowers such as trillium. Few tracts on the market have this much big hardwood. Many trees are too big to reach around.

Research Parcel InformationFrom Princeton - Junction of Hwy 25 and Hwy 76 at the Greenville / Laurens County line - take Hwy 25 south toward Ware Shoals for 2.7 miles. Driveway turns to the right (south) off Hwy 25 near the end of a long guardrail, at the edge of a yard. Access is via a road that is shared with other large tracts. The property begins just behind a double metal farm gate marked with pink flagging about 200 feet from Hwy 25. Look for "for sale" sign by the gate. Call for a showing or for lock instructions.
